Amy Baldwin is the founder and President of United Partnerships, whose mission is to lift up individuals, groups, organizations, and communities. The team’s primary focus includes enhancing workplaces and individual experiences through employee resource groups and executive sponsor trainings. United Partnerships hosts an annual ERG Leadership Conference, www.ERGLeadershipConference.com, where 100 organizations unite to develop and strengthen their leadership skills. United Partnerships also assists with community and collaboration initiatives that positively impact the community.

She is an influential and innovative communications, community relations, event production, and ERG development leader and advisor. Amy formerly served as the BASF North American head of internal communications, community relations, and customer events and managed national partnerships and diversity and belonging engagement strategies. Before BASF, she was a nonprofit leader, a university development director, and a consultant. Amy began her career in the events field, working for the Super Bowl Host Committee, and has planned events ranging from large-scale festivals and sporting events to conferences and speaker series.

Amy received a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Northern Arizona University.

Her passions are travel, adventure, music, gardening and the outdoors, community, and spending time with loved ones.

Feeding America

Whitney Thurmond is the Senior Director of Knowledge & Learning Design for Feeding America – the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization.  Whitney leads the knowledge learning design strategy and facilitates connection and knowledge exchange for Feeding America’s 199 member food banks and 60,000 food pantries and meal programs.  Together, this powerful and efficient network reaches every county in the nation. Whitney's focus is improving performance and cultivating change through learning and development.

Whitney graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2008 with an Agricultural Communications degree.  After working for the National FFA Organization training conference facilitators and national FFA officers, Whitney obtained a Masters of Education in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University.  Whitney also serves as Vice President of Field of Hope Board of Directors, which feeds her passion for food security and international development.

Regina is a passionate leadership development professional with over 30 years of experience in driving transformational change in both the airline and technology industries. She currently leads high-impact executive development programs for Google's top VP leaders, focusing on building self-awareness, emotional intelligence, team development and inclusive leadership. Regina’s programs have consistently resulted in increased employee engagement and improved team performance. Driven by a deep commitment to empowering individuals throughout their life journeys, Regina is also an end-of-life Doula in training. She brings a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and a results-oriented approach to her work. When not at work, she enjoys staying active as a Health Advocate Coach, exploring the world through travel, spending time with family and immersing herself in the arts and crafts.

Rise N Shine Foundation

Shrusti Amula, a freshman at Georgetown University, is the founder of Rise N Shine Foundation, a youth-led non-profit organization dedicated to reducing food waste.

In 7th grade, she planned and implemented a compost program and now her state legislature funds $1.25 million for schools to start this program. She has diverted 250,000 pounds of food waste from incinerators to become compost.

After seeing the amount of uneaten food wasted in schools and rising level of food insecurity, she started the first food recovery program in schools. This program is now mandated to run in all 211 school in her county’s public school system. She is also partnered with corporate businesses and has redistributed around 400,000 meals.

She has been awarded the George H.W. Bush Points of Lights Award, O’réal Paris Women of Worth, and has introduced President Biden at the White House Diwali Party.
